Water & Wastewater Services
Water and wastewater services are readily available at Laskin Energy Park with built-in capacity to accommodate growing manufacturers. The park is served by the City of Hoyt Lakes' water and wastewater system, making it an affordable, environmentally secure place to locate industrial facilities of all sizes.

In addition to municipal services, Laskin Energy Park tenants may access deionized and process water at affordable rates from Minnesota Power's Laskin Energy Center. Deionized water, known for its purity and low conductivity, has become an essential ingredient in electronics manufacturing, metal plating, food processing, pharmaceutical production, and hundreds of other industrial applications. Lakewater also is available for cooling and process uses. Permitting may be streamlined through Minnesota Power's water appropriations permit.
