BelCorp Converting and Die Cutting, a Burnsville-based stamping and die cutting operation, hosted a Grand Opening Celebration for the new expansion in the Laskin Energy Park in Hoyt Lakes, MN. The celebration took place March 8, 2002, with an open house and tours. Minnesota Power's Economic Development Loan Program, Iron Range Resources, Northland Foundation and People's Bank of Commerce participated in financing BelCorp's expansion.

Premier Plastics
Nestled among the majestic forests and shimmering lakes of Northeastern Minnesota is the town of Hoyt Lakes, home to Premier Plastics. Premier Plastics is a custom rotational molding and thermoforming plastics manufacturer specializing in producing parts for the recreational and marine industry, in addition to many other plastic products. Northeastern Minnesota is the perfect location for Premier Plastics, as outdoor adventures and activities take place throughout every season of the year. Premier Plastics is customer driven and is quickly developing a reputation of being able to take a drawing from a thumbnail sketch and turn it into reality in a short period of time. The plant operates 2 roto-molding machines and 3 vacuum forming machines.
